Wenzang.shop ships worldwide from our logistics partners based in Hong Kong. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are: 5–10 business days for Asia, 7–14 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for North America and other regions. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery option. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@smartsheltertechnology.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. However, Wenzang.shop is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge a reshipping fee.
